JoAnna “Jody” Fernandez
Chicago native, JoAnna “Jody” Fernandez has been a strategist for as long as she can remember. As a child, she would “day dream” often and quickly became known for always having a plan. She has more than five years’ experience in public relations and corporate communications, having worked in-house and at PR agencies in Chicago, working on campaigns for global, national and local brands, including: TransUnion, Aflac, Target, Mazda, Ford Motor Company, Shedd Aquarium, Adidas, the Museum of Science and Industry, St. Jude and ChiArts, among others.

Jody holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from DePaul University, where she triple-majored in Public Relations and Advertising, Media and Cinema Studies and African and Black Diaspora Studies.
